I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In rare cases, packages can get lost during the shipping process. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicated that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.

In the event of a style being out of stock, we will replace the product with another product of your choice that is equal in value or we will issue a complete refund.
